RREQUIREMENTS
- The warranty extension package is available for non-refurbished or refurbished products purchased from 2021 onwards.
- The MSI extended warranty can only be granted to customers who purchased the MSI product in the country where the order was placed.
- Proof of purchase date of MSI device is required. This can be a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Your product must be registered and the extended warranty must be activated online within one month of purchase.
- If the extended warranty package has not been registered and activated after purchase, it can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
ACTIVATION OF THE MSI EXTENDED WARRANTY PACKAGE
STEP 1
BECOME A MSI MEMBER
Please visit the MSI Member Center at https://account.msi.com/login and click "Members".
- Follow the instructions on the website to become an MSI member.
STEP 2
REGISTER YOUR MSI PRODUCT
Log in to the MSI membership site and click "Product Activation" on the left menu to register your product by filling in the relevant information. If you have already registered your product, please skip to step 3.
STEP 3
ACTIVATE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
Go to MSI Member Center, click "Activate MSI Care Plus" on the left menu and follow these steps:
1. Select the registered product for which you want to get an extended warranty.
2. Enter the service code and active password of the digital extended warranty card you purchased.
3. Click "Activate" to complete the process.
