MSI is not responsible for any errors, omissions, misdirection, or loss of orders, or any possible delays in orders. Any delivery dates provided by us on our website or through any communication (email, order confirmation, etc.) are estimates only, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's shipping status. Products are only available for delivery within the sales regions of Germany, France, and Spain. You agree to comply with laws related to the export, re-export, transfer, or resale of products.

After the product is shipped, it usually takes a few working days to arrive, depending on the order quantity, product volume, and shipping method. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days.

The following shipping costs apply to different shipping methods:

Orders under €150: €8.90 to Germany

Orders over €150: Free shipping

Shipping costs do not include VAT

Orders under €150: €19.90 to France

Orders over €150: Free shipping

Orders under €150: €15 to Spain

Orders over €150: Free shipping

Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded when returning goods!

* When the order contents include 10 or more computer hosts or monitors, or 20 or more laptops, we will use a truck for shipping (with a lift gate). The truck driver will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If you have any special requirements for the pallet size, height, etc., please contact us in the order notes.
