MSI Business Reward is exclusively available for businesses registered in EU countries with a valid VAT number.Due to shipping restrictions, we currently support the following countries (including shipping destinations): Germany, France, and Spain.

You must have an MSI business account. To register, please complete the business information form and wait for MSI sales to review your application. You will receive an account activation letter once your application is approved. Once you active your business account then you can start shopping.

MSI Business Reward offers more benefits the more you spend on your membership. As your spending increases, you progress through the tier system and unlock additional perks.The program consists of three tiers: Pro,
Expert, and Elite.

• Pro Tier: No minimum spend required to maintain benefits.
• Expert Tier: Requires an annual spend of €10K.
• Elite Tier: Requires an annual spend of €20K.

The spending period is calculated from January 1st to December 31st and resets at the start of each year.

To deactivate or cancel an employee’s business account, please complete the designated request form, and we will assist you with the process.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the tax information provided (e.g., VAT number). We will verify the VAT number, but if errors result in VAT not being properly collected or declared, the customer will be held accountable for any legal liabilities.

The shipping fee will not be subject to additional taxes; it is charged based on the actual cost.
