Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, availability, and shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, of course. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it through your profile. After one hour, if the order has not yet left our warehouse, you will need to contact us to request a cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to refuse delivery or process a return.

Standard Returns Policy

When you purchase products from MSI online and wish to return them, please note the
following important points:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods to return them.
  • Only items purchased directly
    from MSI official e-commerce can be returned to MSI. MSI products purchased through other retailers must be returned according to their respective return and refund policies.
  • Please note that while the product is still in your possession, you are responsible for ensuring its safety, reliability, and good condition,including all accompanying power cords, adapters, and documents, for MSI to provide a full refund. If returned items lack original packaging, accessories, or have only some accessories, MSI reserves the right to reduce the refund amount based on the missing parts. This also applies to items damaged during transportation due to improper packaging or the use of original packaging.

    However,
    some items are not eligible for returns, including:
  • Opened items
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Software upgrade plan products
    (software upgrades)

How to Return an Item

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if it is missing components, you must notify the delivery person immediately upon receipt, or contact our customer service department via email at

We will provide a solution.

If MSI determines that the product is damaged or defective, it will be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measures deemed appropriate by MSI will be taken to address the issue. We recommend that you keep the original cardboard box and packaging materials for smooth and easy returns.

Additional Information

If you choose to return the product using a method other than the return logistics we provide and opt for a paid return, we will deduct the return shipping and restocking fees from your refund. If you decide to arrange the return shipment yourself, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to the carrier upon returning the product; MSI will not cover these return costs. For detailed information regarding refunds and refund amounts, please refer to the [Returns & Refunds Policy].

Return Method:

First, you must package the item
securely in its original sturdy box, using cushioning materials as necessary.
Next, you can return the item using one of the following methods:

1. Arrange for UPS home pickup service.

2. Drop off the package at a nearby UPS location.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The method of refund will depend on your original payment method.
  • If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund. Please refer to the refund timeline below. If you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. In some cases, the refund period may be longer.
  • After you have completed the return shipment or pickup of the returned item, it may take some time for the product to be delivered to MSI. Upon receipt of the product, we will confirm and inspect the product based on the expected product and quantity stated in your return request. If we do not receive the expected product and quantity as stated in your return request, or if the product is not in its original condition or is missing parts/accessories/manuals, we will charge you the previously refunded amount (or the cost of the exchanged/replacement order
    items previously shipped). If the charge is unsuccessful, the system will prompt you to complete payment before submitting another return request.

*Please note that if the returned item shows signs of customer use or damage, or if parts, accessories, or manuals are missing, the refund amount will be reduced.

Damage During Shipping: Handling and Solutions

  • If you receive a package or item with obvious damage or if the delivered contents do not match, please immediately inform the shipping company/logistics service providerand take a pictuare. This will not affect your warranty rights. If possible, you should refuse to accept the delivery. Additionally, please contact MSI via email or online chat so that MSI e-Shop can take necessary actions against the shipping company/logistics service provider.
  • Even if you do not lodge a complaint or contact us, it will not have any adverse effects on you. However, doing so can help us protect our interests with the logistics company.
