1. Select Your Hardware: Add your desired MSI business products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Choose Mondu: Select Mondu as your payment method to access flexible terms (Net-30 or 3-Month Installments).

3. Real-Time Verification: Mondu performs a real-time credit assessment. Upon approval, your order is instantly confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Receive Invoice & Pay: Once your order is dispatched, an official invoice will be sent to your email. Simply settle the payment according to the instructions provided on the invoice.

Simply select Mondu as your payment method at checkout. You will then have the option to choose between a 30-day invoice payment (Net-30) or 3-month business installments, depending on your cash flow requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice.To complete the payment, simply follow the instructions on the invoice:

Your invoice will be issued by MSI and sent to your registered email address immediately upon the dispatch of your goods. This document contains all necessary bank details and specific reference numbers required to settle your balance with Mondu.

While we do not have access to the specific details behind each automated credit decision, several factors may lead to a business being declined. Mondu utilizes a real-time risk assessment, and your application might have been affected by one of the following common reasons:
• Incomplete or incorrect business registration details.
• The purchase amount exceeds the current purchasing power (credit limit) assigned to your business.
• We could not verify the business's credit history through public records.

Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days to clear. If you paid very close to the due date, Mondu’s systems might have overlapped. Summary

• Eligible Participants are exclusively available for businesses registered in EU countries with a valid VAT number. Due to shipping restrictions, we currently support the following countries (including shipping destinations): Germany, France, and Spain.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the event. This event is open to end-users only and not to businesses. Employees and family members of MSI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, manufacturers, business partners, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or agencies are not eligible to participate.
• If individuals or organizations use automated or bot-controlled processes to participate, these applications will be disqualified. Participation must be made directly by the participant. Any attempts by entrants to obtain ineligible entries by using different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or other methods will void that entrant's entry and may result in disqualification. Final eligibility for prizes will be verified as set forth below. All entries must be made before the end of the Promotion Period. The official event period is determined by the MSI database.
• This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• eDM Subscription. If you would like to receive the latest information and service updates from MSI, you may be asked to check the box to subscribe to both the MSI Member Center and the MSI Online Store. If you do not want this to happen, please do not check the “Subscribe” or similarly titled box.
• Participant License. For any material you provide to us for this Event, including, without limitation, images, videos, reviews, content, comments, feedback, and written materials, as applicable (collectively, "Submitted Materials"), you hereby grant MSI and its worldwide affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use or exploit the Submitted Materials in any lawful manner reasonably determined by MSI and subject to MSI's Privacy Policy.
• Participant Representations and Warranties. You hereby represent and warrant that: The information you provide is accurate and truthful; You have full authority, capacity, power, and right to register for this Event and to make the necessary licensing grants, representation, and warranties pursuant to these Terms and Conditions; You have obtained and will maintain all applicable approvals, consents, permissions, licenses, and waivers necessary to grant the above-mentioned licenses to MSI and its subsidiaries; and you have complied with all applicable laws in registering for this event.
• Participant Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSI, its affiliates, and successors, assigns, directors, and agents from and against all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any third-party claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative actions arising out of or related to any actual or alleged breach by you of any representations, warranties, or covenants in these Terms and Conditions.
• Participant Consent. You hereby acknowledge and agree that: (a) MSI reserves the sole and exclusive right to: to finally and conclusively determine whether an entrant has complied with the event requirements in good faith. By way of illustration, and without limiting any other terms and conditions, MSI may disqualify entrants: a) if the event registration or product registration is incomplete, b) if the requirements for participation in the event, such as the applicable product line or regional restrictions, are not met, c) if the documents provided are forged, fraudulent, or invalid, d) if automated codes, scripts, plugins, or other means were used to enter or complete the event registration, e) if the entrant does not have the legal basis to register for this event, or f) if any criminal or illegal activity is committed or alleged to be committed in order to register for this event; substitute the prize with items of similar value without prior notice; change, delete, or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice; (b) MSI is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damages arising from the prize and its use. Winners may not assert any claims against MSI; (c) MSI disclaims all liability for delays, misdeliveries, losses, or failures in the delivery of prize notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such an event, the winner unconditionally waives their right to the prize and any related compensation.
• Exclusion of MSI Warranties. The MSI prize(s) is/are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSI will not be liable to you for any claim (regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any special, consequential, reliance, indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to, lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or replacement costs.
• Miscellaneous. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising out of the Event and these Terms and Conditions will be decided by the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan. Any provision found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid shall be struck, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. MSI's failure to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver. MSI shall not be liable for any failure of performance resulting from circumstances beyond MSI's reasonable control. These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned or otherwise transferred by you to any third party; any unauthorized assignments will be null and void. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Event and supersede all prior agreements, communications, representations, or discussions, oral or otherwise.
