REQUISITOS
- El paquete de garantía extendida está disponible para productos no reacondicionados o no reacondicionados comprados después de 2021.
- El paquete de garantía extendida de MSI solo está disponible para clientes que compraron sus productos MSI en Polonia.
- Se requiere comprobante de compra del dispositivo MSI. Puede ser una copia de una factura o un comprobante de compra.
- El producto debe registrarse y la garantía extendida activada en línea dentro del mes posterior a la compra.
- Si el paquete de garantía extendida no se registra y activa después de la compra, se puede devolver dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra.
ACTIVACIÓN DEL PAQUETE DE EXTENSIÓN DE GARANTÍA MSI
PASO 1
CONVIÉRTETE EN MIEMBRO DE MSI
Visite el Centro de miembros de MSI en https://account.msi.com/login y haga clic en "Miembros". | Siga las instrucciones en el sitio web para convertirse en miembro de MSI.
PASO 2
REGISTRE SU PRODUCTO MSI
Inicie sesión en el sitio de membresía de MSI y haga clic en "Registro de producto" en el menú de la izquierda para registrar su producto completando la información correspondiente. Si ya ha registrado su producto, vaya al paso 3.
PASO 3
ACTIVAR LA EXTENSIÓN DE GARANTÍA
Vaya al Centro de miembros de MSI, haga clic en "Activar MSI Care Plus" en el menú de la izquierda y siga estos pasos:
1. Seleccione el producto registrado para el cual desea obtener una extensión de garantía.
2. Ingrese el código de servicio y la contraseña activa de la tarjeta de extensión de garantía digital que compró.
3. Haga clic en "Activar" para completar el proceso.
